Where We Ship Backdrop Threads ships within the United States only at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days. Total delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Backdrop Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
